Oh, Chipotle... You pose as a "Mexican" grill and that makes me laugh. This is nothing close to Mexican food. It's hardly Mexican-inspired. That said, the food is alright. I like that they offer good, grass-fed and local foods. I especially appreciate that I can get a Paleo/Primal friendly meal without too much trepidation. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm often surprised by how much sour cream they use. It's a LOT and I love sour cream! All in all, an ok dining experience.

How can you go wrong with Chipotle? A couple other comments mentioned small portions being served at this location, but I've never had that issue in the several visits I've made. In fact, I even mentioned to my husband how I felt like they gave us even MORE meat than usual during our last visit. I'd assume this also depends on the employees that are serving you that day? Regardless, it's Chipotle. Just do it ;)

HORRIBLE online ordering experience! Ordered tonight at 8:30pm l Had an order of 4 bowls and 1 burrito. 3 burrito bowls were suppose to be half chicken and half barbacoa instead I got just chicken and a toddlers spoon amount of barbacoa totally rip off since they charge you barbacoa price!! Bowl was about half empty and very very sloppy. Very little rice was given and that just set me off because I need my RICE!!!! I even asked for extra with a please. Asked for fajita in each bowl and none was given...I can go on and on but this is just a very disappointing experience. I usually order in during the morning or afternoon they give you good portions and friendly staff. Night staff is just ughhh!!!!...I'm done.

No Guacamole. Found out from an very rude girl behind the counter the I should have seen the sign on the door when I came in. The last station of making my steak burrito was the guacamole scoop. Burrito didn't taste right and then the cashier rushed me. I waited 20 deep in line for this. Publix has avocados next door!!! Make some.

Love eating at Chipotle, but I don't like the service or workers at this location. The night crew is very rude and trying to smile will probably crack their face! They do a sloppy job in putting your order together and the manager at night is just as bad as the employees. They don't acknowledge your presence like good service should! I still order food from this location, but that's just because it's closets to where I live. I order online and just pick up instead of having to experience such rude and immature service. If you can, go else where! If this is your first time eating at chipotle, DO NOT GO HERE, especially at night. You will not have a good experience.

This is not the place to go if you're on a diet or trying to eat healthy. The healthy options are limited, but don't get me wrong, the food is good, and the quantities are formidable! My "healthy" choice is typically the bowl-less burrito and it is good. The portions of rice, and meat and veggies seem appropriate. It is a shame that you need to pay extra for guacamole, or mashed up avocado ... I don't think it has the complexity of guacamole ... but it is a big dollop of guac ... so can't complain. This location is small and at lunch, it is packed. Even arriving for a late lunch at 1pm .. it is packed and finding a place to sit is not easy. The service was okay. Almost too fast in wanting to move your plate along, but then having to slow them down that I wanted certain items added since I wasn't asked. But I think it might have been because of the "rush" when I was there, so overall, not bad. What I wanted, ordered, was recieved.

I love chipolte..but this location serves small portions. beware: the females behind the counter are snobs and will give you a TABLE SPOON of rice and dab of SALSA sauce and GLOBS of sour cream.

This place the employees gives out the smallest portion of meat, rice, and salad out of any other Chipotle I've been too. First I thought it was only from the female servers but the male servers does the same too. I live down the street and used to go here 1-2 times a week until my meal size got less and less. Now I drive all the way down to their Ucf location. What I also don't like is how they just slap your food together like it's a cafeteria food. I feel like they are trying to feed an animal.

I love the food here. I have never had a problem with the servings. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed when I choose chipotle! Sometimes, I can't finish my burrito. Their guacamole is perfection. This location is my favorite compared to all the ones around here. I've only had one better and that was in New York. The only thing that kinda bothers me is that they don't have kids burritos. My son loves this place so much and I personally, don't want to share haha. My son doesn't like the stuff that they have on the kids meals because he wants the burrito. He is 4 years old though so he can't even eat a half of a full one. so buying a whole one is kinda annoying. But who can pass up extra chipotle for leftovers?

The food is delicious and the service is the best. I was having a very bad day when I went to get some takeout here. The cashier asked if my day was going well so far, I just closed my eyes and shook my head. She gave me a cup and told me to have a free drink on them to make my day better. Little did she know how badly I was hurting since my dog (baby) of 12 years had just passed away the day before. Thanks for you thoughtfulness, consideration, and kindness - now, that's service!

I had to put one star so It can get your attention and because the female working behind the line at Chipotle gives you meager portions. Usually the guys are there working, but this time there were 3 girls, and one gave me and my girlfriend the smallest portion of Barbacoa I'd ever seen. And it wasn't during lunch or a crazy rush. We were the only ones in line. I kind of think if there was a rush, we'd get the correct amount of Barbacoa, a nice grab, of that juicy tasty beef. But no, she took those pinchers and ever so slightly pinched out the littlest portion ever. This is not the first time this has happened at another location. But just something I have noticed whenever there's a female employee.

One: Cheap...6 bucks will fill you up! Two: variety...bowl, salad, tacos, or burrito. I always shoot for the bowl. Brown rice is a healthy alternative but tastes inferior to the white rice. Chicken is always my choice...seasoned perfectly. Here's why I keep going back: black beans (awesome), fajita peppers and onions (yum, yum), two scoops of their mild tomato relish, two scoops of their medium corn/jalapeno relish, side of tomatillo sauce, sour cream, lots of lettuce, a hint of cheese. I can't move after filling my face with the above. Three: The fact that they offer Dos Equis and Negro Modello for less than most restaurants is a BONUS!

Chipotle is one of those restaurants that once you've been and you've become a fan, it never lets you down. I love that they use free range chicken and there's no MSG or antibiotics in their meat and many vegetarian options. I'm glad they keep their tomatoes separate, as I have an onion allergy and salsa is never an option for me. This location is always quick and I've never had a problem with them messing up my order, even when ordering online or through the iPhone app. I can't speak for the dine-in experience, however, as I usually am just in and out. But for take-out, this location shines.

You know, I love Mexican food, and I eat it 2-3 times a week at various restaurants. My favorite sit down place is Aztec de Oro, but for a quick bite to eat, Chipotle is hands down. I give 5 stars because it's so convenient, delicious and very reasonably priced. I usually get a rice bowl with chicken or some meat with all the fixins, but last time, I got the crunchy tacos with pulled pork (carnitas) and I really and truly liked them a whole lot. I always get the chips and guacamole, which are very tasty. Nice and friendly staff; the restaurant is clean and you can enjoy all the soda/tea you need. Enjoy!

If you're at the intersection of Red Bug and Tuskawilla there are a lot of choices for food and I can honestly say Chipotle is one of the best. This location has five star service and good food. The restaurant is very clean, which is always a first-sign indicator of how seriously the management and staff take their jobs. It's probably the best "Mexican" food that you'll find in the area. I have very few criticisms of this location. It's tucked into a strip-mall so I think it may be a bit smaller than other locations that are in free-standing buildings and of course, it's not really authentic Mexican food. Nonetheless the food is good and the service is fast and friendly. There's a Taco Bell on the other end of the intersection that I'm absolutely amazed is still in business.

I am a huge, huge fan of Chipotle. Unfortunately, I'm not a huge fan of THIS Chipotle. The burrito was good, but not great here. Service was very good. More importantly, the seating is absolutely awful. Uncomfortable. Like sitting on crowded bar stools without elbow room while trying to eat. Would I go back? Yes. Given a choice, though, it's worth the drive to the Altamonte Springs location in my opinion if you're dining in.

I love Chipotle! I'm rating this by it's cleaniless, service, and overall taste. First time at this Chiptole since it opened probably a couple of years ago when I was gone at college. I came here during lunch at about 12pm, which I was expecting it to be really crowded yet it wasn't. I got my food rather quickly and the place was really clean. No complaints about the food, delicious at usual. I just like how close this Chipotle is to my house and how it doesn't get overcrowded with people. It's a bit smaller than some Chipotle's I've been, but it didn't seem to be a problem. There were plenty of seats to go around. It was also quite clean!

Food is great and I have yet to be disappointed. Inside seating is terrible and outside seating is on the strip mall sidewalk just a few feet from street. I prefer eating at University Chipotle only for decent seating inside and out.

OK, so let me start by saying I have been to other Chipotle and have not had this bad of an experience. I went here with my daughter and girlfriend to grab a bite after work. First off they just slapped everything down real quick and when we asked them to put this or that on our food they looked at us like "seriously, you want me to do more work?!?" Their attitudes were horrible, I mean I know you probably hate your job but come on. When I ordered a quesadilla for my daughter all they did was slap a piece of cheese on a tiny tortilla put some tin foil around it and pressed it. When we got back to my house I couldn't even unwrap the quesadilla. It was stuck to the tin foil like someone had glued it shut. I spent the next 5 minutes picking tin foil pieces out of her food. All in all I can say I will not be going back to this Chipotle again.

I tip my hat to the management here. I've seen a lot of Chipotle's and this is a very well maintained location. The staff is always smiling and very friendly, and the food is always delicious! Get you some Chicken Tacos!

Fresh ingredients, generous proportions. Their daily made guacamole is so yummy...but adds to price. It is so easy to order online or via iphone and even easier to pickup the orders. I've had the burrito as well as the burrito bowl. Both were definitely a 2 serving size for me. The only downside is for 2 people the bill can be $14-17 and that is without drinks.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
